Work with a Certified HeartMath Practitioner

Jina Daniels is a Trauma Sensitive HeartMath® Certified Practitioner  (learn more about Jina).  She will design a customized program for you to learn stress management & resilience building tools in 2-4 sessions (in-person or virtual).

 

During your first session, with Jina, you will:

  • Understand how the mechanics of stress affect the nervous system

  • Learn the science and benefits of Heart Coherence

  • Establish your current HRV baseline

  • Learn the first two foundational, scientifically validated heart coherence techniques

  • Create a realistic practice plan  and schedule additional sessions as needed

 

In subsequent sessions, you will

  • Experience 4 additional resilience-building coherence techniques

  • Find your resonance frequency

  • Gain more awareness about daily stressors and find more efficient options to resolve problems and conflicts that may be depleting your energy

  • Practice the tools until using them becomes second nature

  • Measure progress using real-time HRV biofeedback technology.

 

With practice, you will have the tools to maintain coherence, regulate your ANS, improve your immune functioning and overall health.  As your heart, mind and emotions come into coherent alignment, you will also have more access to intuition and strengthen the heart power that supports individual and collective intentions.

What is Coherence and how can it help you?

Coherence is a physiological state that is important for us to build resilience and maintain our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Coherence can be used to describe any system, including the human body, when there is orderly and harmonious connectedness between parts. Borrowing from physics, when we are in a coherent state, virtually no energy is wasted. This is because our systems are performing optimally and there is synchronization between the heart, lungs, nervous system, endocrine system, and immune system.

Our emotions affect our body more than our thoughts.  We can become incoherent when we experience negative attitudes or emotions, such as anger, fear or anxiety. When we’re stressed, we feel poorly, and our brain function and creative thinking become impaired. In contrast, we can generate a state of coherence by shifting to a positive emotional state.
